Thanks to our decades of experience in product development in the most different sectors and in design for manufacturing (DFM), we have worked with multiple suppliers and acquired in-depth knowledge in terms of materials, production technologies and related costs/benefits. We can boast a vast experience in the production of products made of plastic materials (ABS, TPE, TPU, Nylon, PC etc) and related production techniques (injection molding and co-molding). We are very familiar with the design of metal components such as aluminum, steel and magnesium and production techniques to shape the raw material into more or less complex forms (sheet metal processing, tubes, die-casting and cold pressing).

Molds making & pre-series

We follow the realization of manufacturing equipment to ensure the desired result during production. The optimization and testing take place also through the pre-series pre-serie, a strategic resource that serves to implement details such as the finishing of the materials and to verify the actual correspondence between the developed project and the production one.

Product certification

The pre-series are strategic as they can be used both to correct the last details, both to test the product for certification purposes. We have experience in product certification in several market sectors: medical, sports, ESD and EMC, climate tests, reliability or durability. Thanks to the collaboration with qualified partners we help the client to obtain the necessary certificates for the marketing of the product on the market.
