Developing a product means taking care of the project also and above all from a technical and constructive point of view: these are important issues able to increase quality and generate added value. 3D CAD Development

Starting from the sketches elaborated in the ideation phase, we develop the first aesthetic 3D CAD models on which we make the first assessments on the morphology of the product, materials and finishes. The models are then rendered to give a credible view of the finished product, designing them up to the detail before the engineering development. We also carry out reverse engineering to develop products that can be reproduced in series starting from point clouds.

Mechanical engineering

We develop complex products using 3D CAD softwares, which allow us to simulate the behavior of objects by subjecting them to the stresses they will suffer in their natural life cycle. We test the models on software through FEM / FEA structural analysis.

Electronic design

We deal with the design of electronic devices, HW and FW, and integration with ICT platforms (remote control, remote management, etc.). We support the customer from the drafting of the technical specifications to the turnkey product.

Prototyping

Our experience allows us to quickly realize the product prototype on which the first tests are carried out to validate the aesthetic and functional choices made together with the customer. Depending on the needs we choose the most effective prototyping technique available.

Validation and delivery

The prototypes are tested and assembled improved in case of need, to finally be validated. At the end of product development and testing, the customer can decide to continue with the production phase, or to obtain the CAD files for production on his behalf.
