It is a restyling and industrialization of a technological toothbrush that thanks to 3 rotating brushes and to its app offers superior performance. The project, launched by a startup on Kickstarter, has gained quite large interest.

For this reason we have been commissioned to industrialize the original idea and to make it an attractive product that can be reproduced in series, considering the mechanical constraints and requirements, such as the IP67 resistance and impermeability.

 

The interchangeable head incorporates the gears necessary for the movement of the brushes: all 3 rotate on their own axis and in addition the two lateral ones move slightly up and down to further improve cleaning.

 

The interchangeable head is easy to release via a quick coupling system. The brush cap, once closed, activates the ultraviolet LED light that kills the bacteria accumulated on the brushes.
