WTL | Portable welding machine
Tp 2000 is a new portable welding machine design with an high level of portability and comfort thanks to the ergonomic handle and the special electrical cable winding system allows the operator to carry the product efficiently and safely. The product has a double ventilation system, front and lateral, which increases performance thanks to the high circulation of the air internally. It comes with a belt that is well integrated into the product’s design.
The design of a working tool can considerably improve the life of many people who use it on a daily and continuous basis, and of course make it easier for those who use it occasionally.
We design the product exclusively with the consumer’s need in mind. Thanks to the user-centred approach we identified interesting issues to be tackled in term of design: identity, quality, safety and comfort.

We improved the product’s performance and its interaction with the user.
Thanks to the cleaver design, we obtained a comfortable handle, a hooking system for the belt and a winding system for the electrical cable directly from the body parts that make up the product. The casing is made entirely of reinforced nylon. Thanks to this we managed to achieve greater production economy, reduced assembly time and excellent recyclability of the product.
